There are a lot of good things to say about this place, first shout out to Eli, Claire and Meg for doing their best in making sure we had a good experience, as a matter of fact they are the only reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of something lower. First: The atmosphere was okay, a typical hotel restaurant/bistro it was noisy but thats just a personal preference I tend to not like noisy places. Parking is limited but the friendly guards will help you when needed so don’t fret. The tables are mismatched and a bit awkward, it felt more of a table set for interviews than for dining. The food: We ordered the Kevin burger, chowder soup, and of course the triple chocolate champorado, Each one of these items was amazing, The soup was creamy, flavorful and delicious. The burger was great first we were surprised that it was a double patty, the fries that came with it you can tell that it was a potato that they prepped and fried for the sake of your order so of course it was delicious. Now the champorado, let me preface this with the fact that I HATE champorado, I never had it and liked, till now it was soo good ! Now our experience: We arrived there at 6 pm took a number for our line we were number 61 the line was at 52. They had a nice waiting area with a tv and the user name and password for wifi too. Staff were friendly as well. While waiting we were asked if we would like to pre-order before getting to our seats so it would be a shorter waiting time an idea which we thought was amazing. Our order was 2 Kevin’s burger and 1 soup and 1 champorado. We got seated at 8, we got the first burger at 08:05 , got the champorado at 8:33 got the soup at 8:40 of course at the time I was starving, imagine that it was a 2 hour drive to get there and another 2 hour to get seated I was STARVING so my wife couldn’t finish her burger, I ate my soup the rest of her burger, and the rest of the champorado, called the waiter to cancel the other burger and get me the cheque. Of course at the moment i said that the other burger was ready, i politely told them that serving the 2nd burger 50 mins after the first one and this was even pre-ordered was not conducive of a great experience. They understood removed it from my bill i paid and left. So why did i share this ? I saw that they have improved their service based on the reviews Ive read, I just felt that this was more an organizational issue rather than a staff issue, cause who in their right mind would 2 burgers 50 min apart ? Just keep this in mind before you go there: 1- long lines (the champorado is good so it worth it) 2- the output of the kitchen has no rhyme or reason (think of it as food roulette you don’t know what you are getting first or if there is any cadence)

Date of visit: 02/24/2023 Got to experience the food and service at The Bistro or others called it The Bistro Pop Up Cafe as my friend suggested. To start with, the ambiance and venue is good, especially in the evening time however since it is near the roadside can’t avoid the the noises coming from the vehicles passing by. The place doesn’t have the overlooking feature of other cafes or restaurants I’ve been but it is okay place to chill too. There was a band serenading the guests that night however the music was somehow disturbed by the noises from the roadside. There is a stage being setup near the cafe’s parking space for the band’s performance however the problem is the cars needed to pass by the in front of the stage which causes the view of the performance to be distracted in a way. The assigned wooden table to us is a bit shaky perhaps due to the uneven ground where it was placed but it is only minimal. On the other hand, the service of the staff were fantastic - very accommodating, courteous and attentive. And finally the food - it is excellent! For me, it is worth the price. We ordered Mushroom Truffle Pizza, their Signature LeBlanc Salad and for dessert, their Churros. For our beverage, my friend ordered Green Apple soda and mine was Mocha Macadamia - Macchiato series. I just find the chocolate dipping sauce of the churros a bit watery but overall the taste of other dishes / beverages were excellent! Will definitely back with some friends and try other food options on their menu. Store Hours: 06:00AM - 10:00PM (weekdays) 06:00AM - 10:00PM (weekends) Delivery: Yes (via Foodpanda) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DISCLAIMER: *Information regarding the establishment’s operation hours indicated in this review is from the store’s attendant / representative by the time of the visit. *Photos included in this review are properly taken with consent (if applicable and necessary).

We were really craving the champorado with a choco dome! We arrived on September 1st around 3 PM and were relieved to see no line outside. Some reviews mentioned long queues, so we thought we were in luck. However, when I approached the staff, I realized that many of the waiting customers were actually inside the function room. Still, we weren’t discouraged and decided to wait, reserving a table for six. They took my name and informed me that I was waiting number 185, and at that time, they were calling number 115. My family waited in the car with our pug puppy while I stayed on the second floor where there was a sofa. From there, I noticed how unfairly the staff treated the waiting customers on the ground floor, prioritizing others without waiting numbers. As our number approached, I went downstairs and saw the staff getting confused with the numbers because of people cutting in line upstairs. Their seating arrangements were also poorly managed; they called a couple and seated them at a table meant for six. I suggested they seat another couple to make better use of the space and reduce the wait time for others, but the staff told me that sharing tables wasn’t allowed. It was obvious that they weren’t prepared for the large crowd. Despite reminders to be patient, the situation was unfair. There was a table for six upstairs that we were told was reserved, yet the customers hadn’t arrived. Then, after 30 minutes, at 6 PM, our number was finally called, and we were seated at the very table they claimed was reserved earlier. What a joke! After three hours of waiting, we ordered champorado, truffle pasta, buffalo wings, bacon slab, and clam chowder. We waited another hour, and the first dish to arrive was the champorado, followed by the bacon slab, truffle pasta, buffalo wings, and clam chowder. They forgot the rice, and after several follow-ups, it finally came 15 minutes later. We extended our patience just for the champorado… which was good, but the rest of the food was just okay.

The champorado was good, but apart from that the other dishes were just fine, a bit on the overpriced category. For the atmosphere, it looks clean and fine. The hallway with artwork is my favorite spot. It made the place looks lively. The worst for me was the service. The place was understaffed which cost them the speed of service. It took them 15 mins just to serve the extra rice(not including the main serving time which took about 45 mins). It was not served with other orders, even tho it was included in the initial list they took when we got there. It took them that long yet it was not warm when served. They said that the kitchen was in the ground floor(the dining area was a flr higher). They know that it was inconvenient so they should've completed the orders before taking it upstairs since they can't serve instantly. Also, it took them too long to give the change, we waited for about 30 mins. The management can absolutely do better by providing more manpower. So, yeah. If you want a fast service, this isn't the best place for you. There are a lot of better restaus(food and service-wise) considering the price range. For me, it's definitely overhyped and there's a certain target audience(esp if it takes hrs for you to get to this place).

Cafe located at LeBlanc hotel. We went here because there's an ongoing swimming lessons at LeBlanc. We ordered the following: Banana cake slice: moist banana cake with crunchy toppings that looked like oats to me . A little sweet for me but my picky eater of a daughter liked it. 4/5 for me Churros: fresh, just the right amount of cinnamon, just the right amount of sugar. I'm not a fan of cinnamon, had I known this has cinnamon I would've ask to remove it. Good thing they put just the right amount of cinnamon and I quite enjoyed it. I'll order it again next time just as it is. My daughter loved it 5/5 Green apple juice: green apple juice with soda, I can't drink soda. I get hyperacidity with it. The waiter suggested to remove it. My daughter and I liked it. 4/5 because it tastes too artificial If you're looking for a cafe that's not too pricey, has good bread and churros, coffee, nice staff ,I recommend this place. There's a cockroach in the toilet, didn't bother me lol. If this was on a 5star hotel that would be a different story.
