Gerry's SM San Fernando (Gerry's Grill) — Restaurant in San Fernando

We visited their SM Pampanga branch for dinner on a weekend, so you can imagine how busy both the mall and the restaurant were. Despite the crowd, we were warmly greeted with smiles and guided to available seats inside. Ice-cold water and utensils were promptly placed on our table as the wait staff took our orders.

In no time, our food arrived piping hot. The portions were generous—each order could easily serve 3–4 people. The quality and taste remained superb. What stood out this time was the store’s transformation. The newly renovated space now boasts a bright, welcoming family-friendly theme, a refreshing change from its previous pub-like atmosphere.

We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this place to others.

The newly renovated Gerry’s Grill here in SM City Pampanga really went up a notch, stepping up their customer service as well as the dining experience! The new “comfort food” resto vibe of the place contributed to the food’s appeal and taste, without actually compromising on the food itself.

I also noticed that they hit the sweet spot with their sisig, it was amazingly reminiscent of their original sisig way back 2008.

The staff’s demeanor was also visibly improved with everyone of them becoming more accommodating and friendly, always showing a bright smile each and every time they approach customers.

Another awesome promo they have is the BRB wherein for every 1k purchase you’re entitled to one free serving of either lumpia (go for this one), palabok, halo-halo, or crispy kangkong.

We had such a great dining experience at Gerry’s Grill! The food was delicious and everything we ordered came out perfectly cooked - the chicken kebab was flavorful and juicy, the kare kare rich and hearty with just the right balance of peanut sauce, and the chopseuy fresh and crisp. The crispy pata was golden and crunchy on the outside yet tender inside, while the sisig had that sizzling, savory kick that Gerry’s is known for. We capped it all off with buko pandan, which was refreshing and the perfect sweet ending.

On top of the food, the service was excellent. Marvin took such good care of us throughout the meal - attentive, quick to respond to requests, and always making sure we had everything we needed.
