J.CO Donuts & Coffee - SM City Pampanga — Restaurant in Pampanga

I understand that j.co is very famous and needs to line up and wait to be served. But what is unacceptable is to wait for an hour outside and when it's your turn they will tell you that only on display are the available flavors, that is about only 6 flavors, and you have to wait another half an hour inside for your number to be called. For people to wait that long, i think we deserve to know earlier if the flavors we are getting are available or not. The worst part: the staff are not even apologetic about what happened. Not even one staff apologized. Oh and we started lining up 10 in the morning. I think if we cannot serve our walk in clients better then turn off delivery services because it is very unfair for your physical clients who patiently waited but is only left with leftover flavor from grab deliveries. Just buy donuts here this afternoon , 2 dozen of donut to be exact and capuccino frappe, Me my husband and son decided to eat some of pieces of donut and ask the barista for fork and a small plate , and i got curious she went out and find some plate on other guest table , and asked her why she have to do that and she said there is no more plate to be used (there is only 10 people on the dining area ) and she just rinse it and gave it to me as she not properly cleaned and sanitize the plate .i didnt get it of course , then i approach the manager about what happen and asked her if she can give me a cleaned plate by surprise she just give me the same plate that the barista just rinse and not...

Service could be a lot better. There were a lot of service staff but still it felt like most of them are not doing their job efficiently. Each crew answers questions differently, like we asked if a certain donut would be available of we wait. Since we will be eating in the shop we could wait while seated. One of them said that we could wait around 20-30min then after a few moments another said only donuts on display are on sale and they will not make the other donuts again. Taste-wise, the donuts were okay. The place was not very clean though, a lot of trash and leftovers from other tables were just there and not being cleaned despite them having a lot of crew doing nothing. The restroom was...
