This KFC experience was an absolute nightmare and deserves nothing more than a 1-star rating. The service was beyond slowâit took almost HALF AN HOUR to get my order, and the staff had the audacity to blame me for their incompetence.
I made an online payment through their kiosk, but apparently, they couldnât be bothered to check their teleprompter or pay attention to incoming orders. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they tried to shift the blame, claiming they âdidnât receive the order.â How hard is it to look at a screen and do your job?
The lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills was shocking. The staff seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in resolving the issue. Waiting 30 minutes for a simple order is ridiculous, especially when itâs their fault for not paying attention.
