I would just like to express my concern so that it won't happen to other customers again. Around 9 AM today, I was using the restroom when someone tried to open the door. I didn't respond as I thought it was just a customer waiting for his/her turn. Seconds later, the person knocked so I did things quickly as I thought that it wasn't allowed to use the restroom. It seemed like they were urging me to get out of the restroom. As I came out, I asked the crew members waiting outside, "ay bawal po bang gamitin ito?" and one of them replied, "pwede po. Maglalagay lang ako ng tissue." She could have just politely asked, "may tao po ba?" while I was inside instead of trying to open the door and knocking loudly. I ignored what happened. I left mcdo and came back an hour later to eat again. Around 11 AM, my friend and I were about to leave when I saw a line of people by the door. I opened the door, but my mistake was that I didn't know there was an extension cord inside and I accidentally put it out of place. The crew member at the door said, "push po kasi, ma'am" and I said "ay sorry may mga tao kasi sa labas" and then she replied, "wait lang po kasi ma'am" in a slightly higher tone and I think some people heard it. I even held the door for the other customers and that's what the crew member would say. I didn't respond as it might cause a dispute. Read morePros: They have a lot of staffs so they serve food faster. They also bring it to your table if the place is not packed. Friendly cashier and serving staffs based on the times I went. Cons: Something in the menu always seems to be unavailable. Cashier staff often don't know how to deal with the mcdo app or voucher codes and always has to call for someone for help. For some reason, the temperature in the place is warm even at non-peak hrs. My biggest gripe is they are CASH BASIS ONLY. This is the only Mcdo branch, heck fast food chain, I went to in the recent years that do not have any form of cashless payment. Even small vendors in the public market have Gcash mode of payment. You mean to tell me the owner of this Franchise cannot afford to make cashless options? Also what's the point of the automated ordering machines if you can't pay cashless? This branch is outdated, despite the very strategic location, smack dab in the center of the city. Also, they should make sure this fact is at least posted in the door so those who don't have cash available can find somewhere else to eat. To be fair there is a bank beside this branch but can you imagine the hassle of lining up again after withdrawing money? I'd rather walk a little further to Jollibee...

Customer Service is also bad, and they don't even help their own co-workers/employees.
