Mashisoyo Restaurant — Restaurant in San Fernando

Ordered via foodpanda earlier tonight. I made sure via notes on the dishes and notes to the driver to make sure they include the chopsticks because several times I ordered and paid for said chopsticks but it was missing when delivered. Quite sure it qualifies as theft.

It appears, to spite me, their paying customer, that they deliberately burnt the rice of the cheesy baked samgyupsal and also burnt the gyeran mari I ordered, making them inedible. I had to throw those away.

I wouldn't be surprised if they also spat on the food.

I will make sure that the City Health sanitary inspectors thoroughly inspect this restaurant and its practices, and make sure that the food handlers' certificate of all its staff are thoroughly inspected and up to date. I wouldn't be surprised if they and the staff are in violation of the health codes.

Generally a 3 only because of the serving staff who were fine. But I was not happy with the toilet being so dirty, and when I said something about it the person I spoke to just stared at me with contempt. If it were not for my friends, I would have just walked out. The food isn't great either. I expected more than just pork (90% fat!). The food was good, and at an affordable price too. All of the staff are attentive, and their hospitality in my personal opinion will be unrivaled. I just hope that there will be an opportunity for them to move to a better location, despite that the atmosphere is still good,...
