J.CO Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in San Juan

Ambience:This is one of the biggest branches I've ever set foot in. Ground floor had limited seats but the second floor had so much more space going towards the back, where the restroom is. Couches, chairs, and reading materials are available.

Avocado Frappe: Four noticeable flavors are the coffee, avocado, whipped cream, and the chocolate bits on top. I've had this order more than once already because I still love the mix, and it's pretty uncommon too. Always remember that Frappe orders come with a FREE Glazzy. 🙂

Oreology: The chocolate on top was sweet and downright delicious while the entire doughtnut was very delicate, light, and fluffy. I wish I had another but it's okay, and I got to share the Glazzy with my friend.

Service: It was kind of a long wait. I went downstairs to make things quicker when they'd call out my name, but that...

One staff was so inconsiderate, and rude. I patiently waited for more than 30 mins. to pay for my order, although I was hoping to finish my transaction before 6:08pm ‘cause I was gonna break my fast, and I needed to go. I asked the staff a favor as to who the customer was before me so I can ask him/her if I can go first because I needed to go to break my fast, and pray but the staff told me that the other person also waited and might get angry. I repeated to her that I will be the one to ask the customer a favor and that he/she might understand my situation but the staff decided for the customer, repeated her response and just turned her back rudely.

I would pray the worst for that staff. It might be petty but I’ll never forget to include her in my prayers. You don’t know how much one hungry fasting and craving...

This place sells donuts with unique flavors such as avocado, coconut to name a few. They also have dine-in option and they also serve coffee and seasonal drinks.
