Ok hear me out Pros -Stand alone branch -has few parking space but can cater -a bit spacious -has pwd ramp -guard on duty -has both alfresco in 1st and 2nd floor terrace -one party room -great place because its quiet here -nice ventilation and Aircon on first floor

So disappointed with my order today. Did a drive through for 1 pc chicken w/ spaghetti and ice tea and one chocolate sundae. On the way home, I realized that they forgot to give me the ice tea. Then when I was about to eat the chicken, i saw the note saying it was spicy… which I didn’t order. As I was so hungry, (it was 4:30pm and haven’t had lunch yet), i tried the chicken. Bad drive-thru experience. We simply ordered 4 yum burger meals and 2 spaghetti. They said it will take 10 minutes. Usually when fastfood chains gives these time its already with tolerance meaning it should be less than 10 minutes...but NO, it took them 17 minutes! I was with 2 senior citizens so I needed to keep the aircon on so yeah, what a waste of time and gas! Please orient your crew again about setting proper expectations.
