UCC Clockwork Viridian — Restaurant in San Juan

Terrible service. We dine here on the afternoon of Christmas day. There just 2 table occupied including ours.

When we gave our order, the server repeated all our orders and we confirmed it. After 5 mins they were able to serve our coffees and another 5 mins have passed. All our food arrived.

But, there’s one order that didn’t arrived 40 mins later. We asked the server to check what’s taking our order so long. He argued back that we didn’t ordered it.

Of course we told him that we did, he even repeated our orders to make sure its correct. He said it would take 15 mins for it to arrive. We waited and it did came out 15 mins later.

We also ordered a to-go Kori kohi. He even asked us if we wanted the drinks mixed. We said no. He served it mixed including the sugar. My family wanted to return it because he flunked several times already.

Predominantly of the wait staff are just chitchatting and on their phone. I think that’s the reason why they kept on forgetting our instructions.

We will never dine here again. Worst...

The roast beef with blue cheese sandwich is overpriced. Picture showed somewhat a thick slice but what was presented was COUPLE of SUKIYAKI CUT beef in the sandwich. It indicated with BLUE CHEESE, THERE WAS NONE. Not even a smell of it. The manager left the staff to talk to us about it. She only came to us after she read our comment card which also stated that she didn't address the issue and gave some lame excuse on why she didn't talk to us. Thing is that WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMER LEFT THAT EVENING. We sent an email with receipt attachment as requirement directly to the UCC website, it's been quite some time, there is still NO...

Service was really bad. Our food took 50 mins before it was served. Everything we asked for( menu, water, syrup & bill) had to a askes several times. What's even worst was the waiter wanted to take my coffee creamer ( which was full and served in those very small ceramic coffee creamer cup) to give to other customers. Not to mention that my daughter haven't even started anything with her coffee. And my coffee on the otherhand was still almost full as I wanted to sip my coffee without the creamer yet. Service was really bad. Not enough waiter and most probably not enough cook as the food took so long before it could be...
