Bijin Nabe is undoubtedly one of my top dining destinations in Metro Manila, especially when in need of a comforting meal. This restaurant excels in delivering a unique culinary experience with its signature dish, the chicken collagen soup, which is a true delight for anyone feeling a bit under the weather or simply seeking a nourishing and delicious meal. The chicken collagen soup is the star of the menu. It boasts a thick, rich broth that is both sweet and savory, offering a depth of umami flavor that is truly unique. The addition of fresh vegetables and chicken enhances the soup, making it not only heartwarming but also wholesome. What sets Bijin Nabe apart is their attention to detail and inclusion of ingredients like red turnips, which are a rare find in the Philippines and add a delightful twist to their dishes. The restaurant doesn’t stop at soup; every nikumaki is crafted to perfection, and the roasted chicken teriyaki is another highlight, with its well-balanced flavors and perfect char. The service at Bijin Nabe complements the high quality of the food. The staff are not only quick and attentive but also take an active role in the dining experience by helping to cook the chicken and vegetables right at your table, and skillfully forming the ground chicken into tender, flavorful balls. The decor of Bijin Nabe adds to the overall authentic experience, featuring traditional Japanese style with wooden furniture and accents that transport you to Japan the moment you step inside. All things considered, Bijin Nabe earns a well-deserved five stars for its exceptional food, outstanding service, and inviting atmosphere. It’s a must-visit for anyone in Metro Manila looking for an authentic taste of Japan and a meal that satisfies the soul as much as the palate.

It was a restaurant that had a good image during the opening ceremony, and I visited the San Juan main branch again after a long time, but I can only give one star to the behavior and response of the staff that I do not understand. Top1: We visit at 4pm for lunch The staff said that the air conditioner didn't work and only a fan, but we agreed because it was late lunch, but when we call bill out, i saw cold air flowed from an empty room and the air conditioner was working. Woman staff answer to us that i didn't know~ Top2 :After ordering the main dish, I ordered 3 more side dishes, but the order was on the bill and the food did not come out... I can't quite understand why it's a mistake. We were the only guests. I was grateful to the restaurant that survived the difficult pandemic, and I went happily.... The staff were indolent and insincere. Top3: While the staff is organizing the receipts in the air-conditioned room Customers take for hot pot with just electric fan..... Top4 : It is recommended to boil the Shabu Collagen Soup while pouring water continuously. P.s : I hope I'm the only one having bad luck today

Bijin Nabe collagen hotpotđŸ€ŒđŸ»so goodđŸ€ŒđŸ»đŸ’Ż it’s quite pricey, but given the quality of the food, it is worth it! Soup is rich and flavorful. It gets served in a gel like texture, which melts into this opaque cream colored broth once you heat it up. The ingredients like the lettuce, baby corn, mushrooms are all crunchy, sweet, fresh, just how you’d expect it to be. The chicken inside the soup is slightly tough though, especially the white meat ones, but i guess that’s because it had been cooked for quite a while to get the broth to be this flavorful. Also ordered Nikumaki, these little rice balls wrapped in thin slices of pork belly stripa with flavorful soy sauce and cheese for the other one. It’s so good đŸ€ŒđŸ» We would always get this! You can actually ask them to slice it in half for you đŸ„ą

It’s my worst experience for dining in this restaurant.its my 3rd time going to this restaurant. First two times they told me there is a problem w the management so after few months i went back n it’s my worst dining experience. I was seated at the restaurant 8:30 pm n the waiters told me the last order is 9 n they closed at 10. So the food came out real quick n they wanted to cook for us. At first I thought it was their generous service n I told them I can cook the food. After they left us n came back n told us to pay the bill already. It’s 8:50pm! They told me the cashier will close! Now I felt like no wonder they wanted to cook our food cos they wanted to rush us to finish the food n pay! The food was good but if the cashier needs to go home 9 , my advice is pls tell all your customers stop coming in at 8 n your last order is 8 cos your cashier needs to go home! I was so disappointed with my dinner and definitely I would not recommend nor...
