The restaurant is located along a zigzag road. The view is nice and the building itself give me Mediterranean vibes. Parking in the area is a problem though as people's cars who arrive early may get trapped by other visitors of the restaurant.
The appetizers were delicious. I think it would be best for them to specify portion sizes as we had difficulties ordering the number of each dish. The Tinola Paella, as much as some people might rave about it, is nothing special. Honestly, it just tasted like rice with chicken tinola but with little broth. It didn't have that layer of scorched rice that Paella is supposed to have. The tomahawk was huge but its color and taste pales in comparison to other restaurants like Ember.
Where they really struggled here is the service. They offered service bread and told us if we wanted butter, we just needed to simply ask for it and all in our table asked for butter and it never came. Better to just not have asked us in the first place rather than making us wait for nothing. Since we were a big group (14 people), we pre-ordered our food already and told them we wanted to start at 11:30. We came at 11:00. Was asked if they should start service already at 11:30 and food arrived 15-20 minutes later. What's more disappointing about this place is that some of our preordered items like the Paella Negra and Duck Confit never came out and when we followed it up, we were told that there wasn't any order for them. The only good part of their service was that they were able to bill us quickly and we didn't have to wait that long.
Possible room for improvement: They need to fix their pacing. Our mains went out around 20-30 minutes after we finished the appetizers. I think they need to check how many vehicles their guests are bringing to avoid the bottleneck in getting out of their parking lot. It's quite dangerous to have cars maneuvering at the zigzag to allow cars in and out of...

We went back the 2nd time a week later. We had the bean soup, lengua and risotto. The bean soup was hearty, much like the monggo soup we know. The lengua was tender and had a delicious sauce.
