We celebrated a birthday in the family at Bistro Ibarra. We had the weekend family buffet. The buffet is worth the price as there were so much food- appetizers, salad, filipino dishes, and some seafood, too. And lots of dessert (maiz con hielo, bilo-bilo, fruits, etc.). They even have coffee in the end.
The manager and staff were super attentive and they let us use the Azotea viewdeck area for the birthday cake and coffee making our miniparty for 20+ pax more private.
The view is amazing, the lake and the volcano are like painting. I have never seen Taal at such a direct vantage point. There was also a heartshaped photospot in the Azotea viewdeck that captures the Taal volcano perfectly.
