I don't know why are the ratings are this low and lots of negative feedback for this restaurant. With my personal experience, we really enjoyed our dining experience here. When we entered inside for dinner, there are few people eating downstairs til we realized the waiters are going up with food in tray. So we peaked upstairs until we saw lots of people eating there, enjoying their meal and the singing band. We waited few minutes before getting seat maybe because we are just two.
We didn't ordered bulalo because my partner is not a fan of it 😬 instead we had buttered shrimp and sisig. They gave us bone marrow soup while waiting. After around 30 minutes, we got our orders and we had the best buttered shrimp in town!! I recommend this to you guys. It's very scrumptious!

Read moretheir bulalo is so-so! you can ask for refill (sabaw) (but not good as the original sabaw served)(sorry i cant find the value of my money) they have standby waiters but once you call them they are pretending they didnt hear you. . additional orders (additional rice)was served too late we already lost our appetite to eat more. tawilis was served cold.. not crispy at all... service charge is apply here without putting notice on the menu. We were lucky to get a roofdeck spot as we have two cute dogs along with us. So for those who want to dine in a pet-friendly place, this is a great place for you. The food is up to standards, I can't say the food is really remarkable and elevated from other Filipino food serving restaurants but it is not below standards so I guess it's still great. The view of Taal while dining and the cold air while slurping that bulalo soup just makes everything perfect. Service is also...
