Galaxy Tapsilogan — Restaurant in Tagaytay

It was a disappointing experience. Their bulalo tasted plain, nothing special.

The service weren’t that nice either—saw one of the staff members standing nearby a group at another table, watching them as if waiting for them to finish quickly and leave. Later on they’re cleaning a table, they were noisy (dragging chairs, moving things loudly) and didn’t seem to care if their customers are disturbed.

When we billed out, our change was short. Upon asking, we found out we were charged a service fee without being informed and were not given a receipt.

Before we left, a staff member tried to sell us pasalubong, but we refused, saying we already bought enough. The staff complained, “It’s just 20 pesos,” and...

Very disappointing. Food servings is too small. Food is overpriced. Taste, is far from what you expect from Bulalo and Bagnet.

Ordered their special bulalo with a price of greater or less than 200 pesos difference to their regular one. As per the server, it has bone morrow, but when they served it. You will almost not see the bone marrow. Such a disappointing experience. 400 plus for Bagnet and 700 plus for special Bulalo is not worth it.

Too expensive for a very low quality food. Didnt expect it to be like that. Sumidetrip pa kami from Indang para malungkot sa pagkain nyo. We ordered porksilog na sobrang liit ng meat at matigas, gotong batangas na nothing special, liemposilog na katulad lang din ng porksilog as in di mo mapaghihiwalay yung itsura at parehong matigas pero ang pinakahighlight ng disappointment namin ay ang tokwa’t baboy. We werent able to take a photo of it sa inis but really, 238 pesos para sa isang platitong tokwa’t baboy na tig50 lang sa ibang lugawan? Its really not giving and disappointing. Nung inorder namin, we thought baka katulad sya nung nakainan namin na bongga yung tokwat baboy kaya mahal but turns tokwat baboy sa lugawan lang pala yung isserve nila. Pagkaserve, we really asked if eto na ba talaga yon kasi its not worth 238 talaga pero ang sabi lang samin is yun na yon.

We asked if meron silang fb page so we can provide feedback pero wala daw so sinabi ko na lang directly sa staff since she insisted naman na sabihin ko na lang. Nakakadisappoint. Sana you can make improvements sa food nyo, hindi worthy yung binabayad ng customers please lang. Even kayo, the management and staff, reevaluate kung yung foods that you are serving are worth the price that you are paying for. Sana kung magfood business kayo, at least serve good quality food naman at maayos na food costing para maayos din yung price for its quality. Nakakaloka.

To add pala, we paid 1,165 for only 1 gotong batangas, 2 porksilog, 1 liemposilog, 1 lomi, 1...
