McDonald's — Restaurant in Tagbilaran

I recently had a very negative experience with this particular fast food restaurant. I visited this place to get dinner for my family, expecting a quick, fast food experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but quick. The wait time was incredibly slow, and the drive-thru was especially slow as well. I had to wait in line for quite a while before I could even order my meal. The employees were also incredibly slow at taking my order and giving me my food. It was a terrible experience, and I hope that I never have to go through it again.

During my recent visit with this drive-thru restaurant, it was a hot day, and my experience was less than ideal. After ordering, I had to wait a considerable length of time for my order, and when I opened my bag, I noticed that the food was cold and not freshly prepared. It's the most poorly-located McDonald's branch I've ever been. It sits on a tight corner where its drive-thru entrance causes bottleneck traffic in a street that regularly experiences heavy traffic. I cannot understand how this was given permit to build in this problematic area; it's as if there was no consultation or study ever done before building this branch.

Another area of concern is that this McDonald's branch, just like the other branch in the city, does not offer reusable utensils even for dine-ins. It only provides you with plastic cups, forks, and spoons even if you're just eating inside. The city government has no proper waste management plans, so this establishment only contributes to the city's growing plastic waste problem.

Also, its McFlurry feels thin in the mouth...

Happened not only once, but seems like every mcdo branch has the rudest cs. Went to order from the mcdo app on the drive thru. However, the app was so slow to load and the cashier offered to just let me claim the discount after the app loaded as long as I pay for the order first. So after 2 minutes of waiting in the building, it finally loaded. Went inside and tried to claim the discount. Explained to them what happened calmly, but to no surprise I still get the rude attitude from them and they started arguing Infront of me in a yelling voice. Not sure why they were arguing as it was not even busy since the time was 3:30. So then I left the building as I could not handle the harassment and scandalous behavior...
