This is my 2nd time within 3 days. First time it was close to midnight and it was an absolute dreadful experience in regards of the service. Today is my 2nd time it was around 8:30pm when I've entered and received my order almost cold like 50 minutes later. There are 6 screens available to place an order. Obviously they are there to speed up the process of placing an order and receiving the food. It's not called fast food restaurant without any reason. There's a screen above the claiming area with 2 rows of numbers. 1 row is in black where the corresponding number is being prepared and 1 row is in green where the corresponding number is being served. Easy and self explanatory, right? How can one possibly screw this all up? Well - come and visit this branch and bring a looot of time and patience with you and witness the incompetence unfold in front of your very eyes. Also have a look at the video I've posted and see for yourself how the new system is being put to use. They're calling out the numbers the old school way making the screen obsolete and therefore creating chaos and confusion through incompetence. I wonder who...
   Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's branch I've ever been to. Since way way back, they've been using plastic disposables even if you are only dining-in. And on June 2, 2018, on the very first Saturday of the city's No Plastic Ordinance, they still continue utilizing plastic spoons, forks, cups, and bagsâeven if you are dining-in.
A friend pointed out to the cashier why they are still using plastic disposables, especially on this day when single-use plastics and disposables (like plastic spoon, fork, bag, cup, styrofoam, straw, etc) are prohibited. But some of the staff just smirked, laughed at him, and told him they are minimizing their plastic usage. All of which feels like a lie, because it is obviously not evident.

   Read moreSept 07, 2025 McDo is McDonaldâs wherever I am in the Philippines. This has become my midnight snack after every 1:30 AM closing at Pink Bowl. I usually treat myself to a Double Cheeseburger or a Quarter Pounder with lettuce. Not the healthiest choice, but definitely satisfying. Yummy!
(Year 2024) Happy for the 24-hour open McDo. McDo should be McDo wherever you go. Same standard for all branches. Same quality of food. But this one failed my experience. I ordered coffee and hot fudge sundae. First of all, they said that the large coffee refillable is only for mornings only, but I paid P54 for the coffee. Coffee taste was watered down. It feels like I was drinking water with some hint of coffee. Sundae was also a big fail. It lacked the texture and taste of the Katipunan McDo sundae.
