Shakey's Pizza — Restaurant in Tagbilaran

I went to shakeys a week ago for my bday with a group of 6. Food was great although staff seemed a bit annoyed that we arrived 30 min before closing time (there was a group of 20+ that arrived after us and that seemed ok though). Was told that since i have the gold supercard I'm entitled to a free pizza and that i have a month to claim it. Went today to be told that i had to claim it during my birthday month which wasnt what i was told a week before. They clearly said i had 1 month to claim. Now shakeys didnt want to honour what their employee said. After multiple back and forths the manager finally showed up to repead by rote what i had already talked about with the employee. No effort was made to accomodate even though it was their employee that gave the wrong information. I'd really like to get an answer from the owner of that franchise. I'm curious how they run...

I’m very disappointed with the service we received during our visit. The staff member who took our order was clearly distracted and not paying attention. Several times, I noticed him looking outside while we were speaking to him.

When our order arrived, our sundae was served without a spoon, and our shake had no straw. When we politely asked for these, the staff seemed annoyed, as if we were bothering them with a simple request.

On top of that, I asked for service water, and they completely forgot about it. I had to follow up and ask again just to get it.

Overall, the customer service was poor and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on training the staff better, because this kind of experience is very disappointing and...

Did not have half the items on the menu was restricted on how many they sell or make. (Lasagna) no a&w root beer soda nor for floats. Like why do u display on u video on wall or in menu if u not had for long period of time, service water tasted like it was boiled toilet water. Very disappointed in short list of drinks shoukd have little more variety had to go out and buy drink in different restaurant Next door. The 4 cheese truffle barely saw any cream cheese on it should have been 3 cheese, nor do they have parm to shake on nor garlic powder. Was pushing for one star but u staff was trying to accommodate the best they could. Need to do much better very disappointed this by far was not like any other shakey's...
