I only have one beef with this place. The food is good. We got the pork tonkatsu, adobo bowl, chicken and waffles. All were very good! The chicken is crispy and juicy. Their oatspresso is also very good, not too sweet. BUT tables inside can be veeery limited due to the students studying inside and occupying the tables. Like there is a group of students occupying 2 tables but only one of them ordered and it was just 1 meal (which is so crazy) and stayed to study. Another student who isnât even studying anymore and finished their drink already but stayed to play mobile games??? Haha. I thought itâs more of a brunch spot than a co-working cafĂ© but I guess itâs a famous spot for students to study. I wish theyâd limit that, though and be strict with it. So sayang. Their food is really good and some customers like us just want to have a good, quick meal. They have an al fresco area but it can get pretty hot. I suggest come early like brunch time or basta not around 2-4pm or usual time for students...
Read moreI sat on a table that still had the previous users' dishes. When my coffee was brought out, the dishes were cleared, but the table was not wiped down. There were spills and crumbs. This would have not bothered me if the food and coffee were worth going back for.
I ordered the fish silog. First few mouthfuls of the garlic rice was delicious, but then it got too salty. I was not given table water. I noticed other customers didn't have as well. Good thing I brought my own. The sauce that came with my breaded fish was a brown gravy that tasted of nothing but had a very slight margarine taste. I asked for some vinegar. They very much obliged. Thank goodness.
My flat white was more like a latte. It had the milky taste and mouth feel of a latte. Couldn't not drink half of it. (Only when they cleared my plate did they wipe the table.... I was still working on the coffee)
My first experience of a cafe (another one) in bohol was magnificent. I had high hopes...

I really love this place that it makes me wanna go back all the time. I usually go here for a good cup of cafe latte and most especially their hot chocolate. I seldom dine here but I was able to try their nice and creamy Carbonara and Pesto pastas. I also took a breakfast here ordering a pancake tower but it was a bit soggy for me probably because they're too generous with the maple syrup and it drenched the pancakes all throughout and made it cold which I really don't like. It's matter of preferences by the way, I should have customized. Staffs are friendly and charming and above all very attentive.
I have to demand cold drinks in their menu to wash out the greasy foods. I will update my review as soon as I get back. đ
The thing I like the most was the alfresco decking, wherein we usually stay because some of my friends are...
