Greenwich vista mall taguig — Restaurant in Taguig

So this is the disappointment I felt at Vista Mall Taguig Greenwich. We went there to celebrate my child’s birthday but instead of having a good time, it turned into irritation and frustration. The chicken they served was so small—as in, it looked like something worth only ₱20-30. I even asked the crew if they could replace it with another part that didn’t look so pitiful. The answer I got was, “Ma’am, we don’t have stock of chicken because it’s made to order.”

I was so annoyed—I said, isn’t it supposed to be made to order when we already waited for 30 minutes? And then the chicken wasn’t even hot. What made it worse is that the next orders that came out were okay in size. So disappointing.

NEVER AGAIN, GREENWICH. Totally not worth it.

We miss eating at Greenwich and the only fast food at the time which has less customers.

Food was served in less than 15 min. freshly cooked.

The servers were polite and attended to our needs. Water & additional ketchup and take out as well.

Restroom was clean but had to use a tabo, expecting they would have bidet. Only one restroom for everyone.

Ok we eating there during Lunch Rush hour. So it's was ok to wait, but 35min, for a lasagna supreme chicken combo and a wrapped pizza 🍕 come on.

And I don't know if this is a thing but when I order my food I want it...
