Service was horrendous,0/10! Staff will pretend like they didn't see you despite having had made eye contact with you. Not only that but the staff seem complacent and unwilling to serve customers,it is clearly seen from their facial expressions.In addition to that,after requesting for items (e.g tongs;extra meat) they take a while to give it to you despite there being more than enough staff. Atmosphere was quite good,with Kpop music videos playing in the background on TV screens. The quality of the meat drastically worsened as they delivered more plates which makes the price paid not as worth it. The cheese was quite questionable as well so we didn't eat much of it. For us,a group of 5,we only received one tong for cooking. Absolute blasphemy if you were to ask me! I once ate at another Samgyupsalamat and the service was quite bad as well so this may not be a one time thing. Additionally there is no time limit on dining. This is a double-edged sword as customers naturally have to wait longer however this also means customers may stay as long as they want. It probably leans more towards a disadvantage though. Honestly, I do not see the restaurant surviving for too long if this keeps up. This will be my first and last time dining at this establishment,wish I read the reviews online before deciding to dine here. While waiting outside, I noticed that the receptionist failed to acknowledge our presence or inquire about our dining intentions, prioritizing newer arrivals instead. This lack of attention made us feel undervalued and disrespected. We've been waiting in line and trying to be acknowledged but instead your receptionist decided to ignore us as if we're not there.
I have enjoyed dining at different branches of samgyupsalamat many times but only here at Vista Mall I encountered this kind of situation. Me and the other customers decided not to continue dinning in because of the action and attitude of your receptionist.

Read moreWe dined in last Sunday (June 1) with friends and our kids. Since we were a big group, we sat at three separate tables. The service was a bit slow, but we understood it might’ve been a busy time, so we didn’t mind too much.
However, I did want to point out something that caught us off guard. I ordered a Melona strawberry ice cream for my daughter, which was listed at +₱25 on the menu at our table. When the bill came, we were charged ₱75 for it. The staff explained that the ₱25 price was part of a promo that had already ended on May 31.
