I recently dropped by Pedal Cafe in Taguig and was pleasantly surprised. The space is small but stylish, with a clean, minimalist vibe—perfect for a quiet coffee break or catching up on some work. The cycling-inspired decor adds a quirky, energetic touch, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

I ordered their Iced Miss Saigon, which is one of their bestsellers—and I get why. It’s a strong, bold coffee with that sweet condensed milk twist, kind of like a Vietnamese coffee with a smooth finish. I also tried their Spanish Latte, and while it was a bit on the sweeter side for me, it had a nice creamy balance that non-hardcore coffee drinkers would enjoy.

The baristas were very welcoming, and you could feel their warm presence. The service was good, and it felt like you were more than just a customer to them. Even though they were about to close when I arrived, they still had smiles on their faces, as if they weren’t tired.
