Restaurant 101 — Restaurant in Taguig

The WORST experience. We booked a table for 7 through eatigo. When we arrived they told us that they were booked for a private event and they seated us outside, under the stairs, in a dark corner of the building! There was another couple seated near us and they were totally dining in the dark! This is the worst. And their menu is not the cheapest, in Manila at least. They should not have opened to regular customers if they are booked for a private function. The management’s mentality was probably to utilize the remaining seats that did not seem intended for dining at all and still make money! This was a very humiliating experience for our family. If you are reading this, beware. They will treat you like second class customers and still charge you the regular price!!!!! So much for being a premiere culinary/hospitality institution!!!!

Edit: we got here 18:30, our food is not yet out until now (19:46)!!!!!! They are unbelievable. They did not even bother to offer us appetizers while we wait...
