Food - we ordered beef belly, pork belly and pasta aligue. Generous servings of pasta. It's good for 2 pax if you have other orders. If I had to choose beef vs pork belly, I'd choose beef but both are so good. Melts in your mouth. I would like to try their other dishes soon.

Service - it feels like you're in a fine dining restaurant. Staff are so attentive to your needs. We also requested for a picture and they so courteous to ask if all shots are good. They also knowledgeable the food they're serving. Overall, Great customer experience.

Atmosphere - we dine in non busy day and hours so the ambiance is peaceful. No loud sounds and you can enjoy your food. The resto is relatively small but well designed. I think it's a combination of industrial and Spanish style. 😁

An unassuming exterior with limited menu (they know what they are good at). Servings look small but actually were perfectly adequate.

Tables and chairs were comfortable, good cutlery, the interior well decorated in a modern almost like the industrial style.

My husband loves their wagyu beef and mac and cheese while I fell inlove with the smoked pork ribs. In addition our daughters love all of their food. Everything tastes just perfect! It has become our favorite dinner place during our short visit in Tarlac. Their polite crew members made every dining time awesome. We’ll definitely visit this place again the next time...
