The fried chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil. The dip for it didn’t go too well. The sashimi salad was disappointing too. The tuna in it tasted old and fishy. The tamago was too sweet. I picked at the dish and ate the salmon sashimi only which turned out okay. It came with too much dressing which was thankfully on the side so you can control portions. Parking was a bit difficult since they share the area with other establishments. I love the minimalist interiors and decor of the place.

Food was served after a reasonable wait though it took a while before we got noticed. Food review: the Teriyaki Don had a bit too much sauce which made the dish much sweeter than necessary. The chicken was tender inside but crispy outside. Flavor was great. I did not particularly enjoy the Black Ramen despite being a pork and garlic lover. By far, the best Jap resto here in Tarlac! Family and friends would agree. A bit pricey but you cannot deny quality. Hope they maintain it. Some faves would be their steak hibachi, tendon, ebi & gyu, gyudon, katsu kare, and tonkotsu ramen. Also, I kind of miss dining upstairs, at their japanese table and seats. It’s more comfy.
