Trattoria Altrove — Restaurant in Tarlac City

Awesome staff, especially the lady that took care guiding us though the menu. Food was generally positive. Aweful restaurant manager. Seeing her throw the staff under the bus for a digital payment mishap is just a serious turnoff for a first us as first-timers. We were celebrating another couple's wedding anniversary by doing a double-date, and it was great until the manager started treating us like we didn't pay yet when we actually did via their given GCash account. She held us for minutes when we were about to leave because she wanted us to show a very specific proof that show we already made payment, when we already did and even show my bank app's history of transactions. She sticked with how she wanted things done and left the burden to us in proving that everything is already settled. What a character she has, displaying such superiority. She definitely is a liability. I feel sorry for the servers who are generally nice and fun...

I’ve been to their branches in Tarlac, Coron, Siargao and been to Angeles multiple times. I have not had any bad experiences with their Risotto except yesterday; I was disappointed because the Risotto Con Funghi Porcini was undercooked, it felt like eating an uncooked Arborio, it was so raw/undercooked as if you were eating it straight from the plant, so we’ve reported it to the waitress but we were told that is how it should be served.
