Cocula Fil-Mex Restobar — Restaurant in Tarlac City

Food was good, but the staff were incompetent. One of the staff was very unprofessional, she took our orders by writing it on her palm. She repeated our orders correctly and completely. But then some orders were missing, and we asked her if the missing orders were to be followed. She came back and told us that the missing orders we were waiting for weren't prepared in the kitchen, then she told us that the missing orders did not make it to the last call of the kitchen. What stood out most was her lack of accountability, there was no apology or effort to make things right, just insisted that the cutoff had passed.

Will surely come back, but I recommend that the staff would be more professional in handling...

We went on a weekday for a place to hang out. The interior design is cozy and inviting with a choice of indoor and outdoor dining areas. I was surprised to see an acoustic performer on a weekday. I must say I loved the performer's rendition of songs.

The food options include finger food, rice meals and paella. Beverages include alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Food was served after a reasonable wait though 3 of our initial choices were not available. The taste is...

They have live accoustic singers, duos or bands daily if you want to relax and chill al fresco. You can also rent their exclusive KTV room (can accommodate up to 15 pax, consumable). Food is great, price is mid-range. 👍 Friendly staff....
