Caffe Al Fresco — Restaurant in Tarlac City

A small, cozy café with good natural light and air conditioning—this is the only café so far I have encountered in Tarlac (except for Starbucks, of course) where you can immediately smell the delightful caffeine aroma upon entering. They offer a wide variety of coffee, non-coffee drinks, fruit teas, and some pastries, which is always a plus. Also, found my drink to be affordable which starts at Php 80.

I appreciate the added convenience of accepting GCash and providing electrical sockets, making it a great spot to unwind or get some work done. However, the comfort room could use some improvement.

Overall, it’s a promising café that I’d definitely revisit to explore more...

Handful selection of coffee flavors which can be served Hot (1 size only) or Cold (2 sizes). Their Price starts at 70php to 110php. It’s affordable though located in the City proper.

The place is nice and the service is good. Caffe Al Fresco has the atmosphere of having a cup coffee to relax and chill. Maybe next time, try a little jazz or coffee house music so customer may fully enjoy the place and their coffee. Next time, the crew should be careful in the mixture of coffee.
