Our first time here and it was fantastic. Wednesday lunchtime.

As seen in my photos, the interior is spacious and exudes a Mediterranean aesthetic. We were immediately greeted by our server, who attentively answered questions about food on the menu.

We ordered a Fatteh as appetizer to share. It was wonderful--crispy, chewy, light. For entrees, he ordered a Chicken Biryani, which was wonderfully seasoned and the spices were legit. I ordered a Combination Beef Kebab, which included a ground beef Kebab (koobideh) and a sliced Sirloin steak kebab. The ground beef Kebab was wonderfully spiced, but the silced Sirloin beef Kebab was the star. It was so good, my husband ordered seconds! 😂

Our food got to our table quick! Maybe 7 or 8 minutes after ordering.

Whether it is expensive is subjective to one's budget--I would say that pricing is very reasonable for the quality.

We will definitely be back for...

Kolbeh Kebab in Tarlac City is a new Middle Eastern restaurant that offers a decent dining experience. The sizzling keema with eggplant, which I was particularly interested in, was a bit sweet and lacked the robust flavor of spices that I was hoping for. The garlic sauce and hot sauce were average at best. It was inconvenient that rice was not included with the sizzling keema and had to be ordered separately.

I also tried their hummus with pita, and it was decent. The ambiance was good, and I appreciated the open-air setup. The service staff was attentive, and the prices were reasonable. It's worth a try if you're in the area and looking for some Middle Eastern cuisine, but don't expect a taste that's too close to Mister Kebab's...

A new Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Resto in Tarlac City along the busy highway and within the KKK Gas Station complex.

It has a very cozy Mediterranean ambience and big dining area.

Their food is somehow has a Filipino twist because of its hint of sweetness and not intense flavor of spices unlike with other restaurants I tried. I like their salad and yogurt drink.

Staff are attentive and accommodating to our request.

Price is somewhat affordable but others might find it expensive.

Recommended for those who do not like the pungent spices of Middle Eastern Cuisine and like to try but not for those who seek strong/intense flavors...
