McDonald's — Restaurant in Tuguegarao

I came in for a quick meal, but the experience was ruined by a manager who acted like I was invisible. I politely asked for cutlery, and she looked right at me, took something from the counter, and walked away without a word! It was like I wasn’t even there. I understand it's a busy place, but a little respect goes a long way. A simple acknowledgment or 'I'll be with you in a moment' would have made a difference. Definitely not the customer service you expect at McDonald's. This was Nov 4, 2024 9 to 10pm. I was not able to list down her name but she had a pink glitter eyeshadow on.

Staff that's not aware of promotions with mcdonald's app? Telling me that the promo is not applicable in their branch.... so all over the Philippines but not in your branch? This 24-hour branch of McDonald's in Tanza is just in the rotunda, across Robinsons. It is very big and clean. It is very well lighted and decorated. They already have the self-service kiosks which helps cut down on the ordering waiting time.

They have 2 function rooms that can accommodate 100 pax each and can be opened to accommodate 200.
