Bo's Coffee — Restaurant in Zamboanga del Norte

After my class ended, I look for a good coffee for my much needed caffeine. Im glad to find a familiar brand back in the Queen city. The ambience is casual and cozy but the space is quite limited but the al fresco is spacious and offers a good view since it's a mezzanine. Upon my arrival at the counter, I am buffled by scenario I have saw. The counter is flocked by the staff and when I made an order they aren't even paying attention to make things worst they run out of chage for my bill which took minutes before I was changed. Since it's crowded inside, I never hesitated to be in the al fresco which I like it has a vantage view of the bustling streets. When one table is vacated I decided to move in, I was excited to expected to be assisted considering the load my hands are carrying, but there was no help or initiative even opening the door. Fast forward, when I get inside the Cafe I have noticed that the staffs not just one but almost everyone in shift that time is munching something being on duty and on the production floor. Coming from perspective as a. Barista myself, I know the work ethic and standard of being a Barista. It was a slapped of my face how these barista are acting, it's very disappointing really. Although, they have almost the best of everything from the functional and cozy place plus the high quality drinks and pastry but if the lifeline and frontliner of the shop failed to do its part, it can never be the best. I wish this branch can fully apply and emulate the customer service that the Cebu branch were able to give me that satisfaction. It was rather below par, not the kind of experience I thought. The cafe is phenomenal! The cafe is good for its price, you can never finish it unlike some cafe that charges 100 ish that you can finish in just one sitting.. the food is delish too! Great coffee like always. I also love the Artisanal Chocolate, I definitely recommend this. The place is cozy and has the rustic effect. Good for study outs and late night chika. But their is one guy who takes our order really fast like he wants us to order really fast even tho no one is really in the next line.
