Bistro Naleśnik#Śniadania na Okopowej — Restaurant in Łódź

1-) There's no information indicating that customers need to pick up menus from the counter, decide on their order, and then go to the cashier to place it. The lady working inside also didn't provide any such information. After waiting at our table for a while, she approached us with a rather impolite attitude, saying something like, "Can't you see the menus are here? You need to get them from here." She wasn't polite at all and treated us as if it were our fault. This was our first time there, and we weren't aware of the system. Just so you know, this is a self-service bistro.

2-) If you want to pack up your leftover food, you need to go to the cashier and pay 1.5 złoty for a single styrofoam container. After payment, the lady gives you the container, and you pack your own leftovers. Again, this is a self-service bistro.

3-) The portions are incredibly satisfying and delicious. The lady is truly excellent at cooking. The presentation is also very successful. Odwiedziłam Bistro Naleśnik w ubiegły weekend, miejsce co prawda położone kawałek od centrum, ale za to w spokojnej, ładnej i zielonej okolicy. I uważam, że naprawdę warto dojechać ten kawałek dalej, bo zarówno atmosfera jak i same posiłki wynagradzają każdą odległość. Wybór w menu jest ogromny, niezależnie od upodobań, diety czy innych aspektów każdy znajdzie tu coś dla siebie. Ilość pozycji sprawia, że trudno się zdecydować na jedną konkretną rzecz, na szczęście właściciele chętnie pomogą, polecą, doradzą i zaproponują odpowiednie danie na podstawie naszych preferencji. Na sam posiłek nie musimy czekać bardzo długo, a w miedzy czasie można rozkoszować się pyszną lemoniadą albo kawą, co serdecznie polecam! 😋 Jedzenie przepyszne, świeże i mimo, że mój wybór padł na omleta na słodko to nie było w nim czuć nadmiaru cukrów, z czym często się można spotkać, a orzeźwiające owoce idealnie łączyły się ze słodyczą innych dodatków. Zdecydowanie jest to pozycja godna polecenia. Same ceny bardzo przystępne, szczególnie jak weźmiemy pod uwagę obecną sytuacje. Miejsce wyróżnia się nie tylko dobrymi posiłkami, ale także cudowną atmosferą. Widać, że właściciele wkładają w to miejsce dużo serca i dbają o każdego odwiedzającego. Starają się spełnić oczekiwania klientów, odpowiadają na prośby i pytania. Sama byłam światkiem jak specjalnie wystawiają na zewnątrz kolejny stolik dla nowych gości, bo w aktualnym momencie nie było tam miejsca, a trafiła się piękna pogoda. Coś co w wielu miejscach byłoby nie lada problemem, tu jest po prostu przejawem otwartości prowadzących Bistro i swobodnego nastroju ☺️ Polecam wszystkim to przytulne miejsce, genialna konkurencja dla podobnych knajpek w centrum, gdzie znajdziemy trochę więcej spokoju, a zjemy równie smacznie jak nie...

I’ve been coming to Bistro Naleśnik since they first opened and It has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Łódź. Not only is the food amazing to begin with, but it keeps on tasting better along with new items on the menu. There are plenty of options to choose from whether it is pasta to burgers and more. All with a wonderful spot inside or outside to enjoy the food. The owners are very kind and friendly people who put emphasis on delivering a quality experience to all who come and it shows!
