Onsen Sushi & Grill — Restaurant in Świnoujście

Our first dinner in Świnoujście and the best one! I love going for sushi and this was a top 3 experience. We did two different miso soups as appetizers and they were both flavorful. If you like spicy, I would recommend the kimchi miso soup. For the main dish we went for a 36piece sushi plate and here we got a variety of fish and types. The white fish was a highlight, but also the omelette roll was a pleasant surprise! You really get a lot for the price as the fish has a high quality and the flavor combinations are great.

The staff was friendly and attentive and the small restaurant was modern with nice interior.

I would recommend to book a table if you want to visit during the main season as it is quite small. We left having some new favorites and would definitely...

Tatar z łososia niestety bez smaku, dodanie odrobiny chili oil, choć lepsza byłaby inna ostra przyprawa a nie oliwa i sosu sojowego trochę go poprawiło. Posiekany drobno ogórek słabo się je pałeczkami, szczególnie, gdy nie skleja się z łososiem. Salomon Tartrar unfortunately tasteless. Adding a bit of soy sauce and chilli oil (however other hot spice instead of oil would be better) made it ok, but nothing special and really tiny chopped cucumber is way too hard to be eaten with chopsticks when it doesn’t stick to salmon.

Zestaw Saitama - Saitama Set Uramaki w smaku ok, ale nie trzymały się razem, rozlatywały przy próbie umoczenia w sosie sojowym Uramaki with prawn in tempura were ok, but didn’t stick together, we’re going into pieces while trying to dip them in soy sauce. Nigiri - tuńczyk suchy, nie sprawiał wrażenia świeżego Nigiri with tuna - tuna was dry and didn’t seem to be fresh. Futomaki ok, bez rewelacji, kawałki bardzo wąsko pokrojone jakby sushi master chciał z jednego płata nori zrobić więcej kawałków Futomaki with salmon- ok, but the pieces were veeery thin, just like the Sushi Master tried to get double amount of them from one piece of nori. Wasabi suche, nie dające się rozsmarować Wasabi - very dry, impossible to spread it on the sushi. Za to rewelacyjna herbata jaśminowa. Incredible jasmine tea, full of flavour and taste. Obsługa w porządku, choć nawet nie spytała się, czy mam ochotę na jeszcze coś i czy mi smakowało. Może uznała, że na więcej mnie nie stać… Service - ok, however she didn’t even ask me if I liked it, or perhaps want something more. Perhaps she decided that I couldn’t afford it.

Ogólnie słabo. Stosunek jakości do ceny niestety nie odpowiada standardom, jakimi szczyci się hotel Hilton. Raczej nie wrócę, a szkoda, bo wiązałam z tym miejscem nadzieje na kolejne pobyty w Swinoujsciu. In general- absolutely below expectations. Kürzlich hatten wir das Vergnügen, einen Abend im Sushi Grill & Bar (Onsen) im Hilton Swinemünde zu verbringen. Obwohl wir spontan und ohne Reservierung dort essen wollten, wurde uns nach kurzer Wartezeit ein Platz angeboten – ein echter Glücksfall, denn das Restaurant verfügt über nur wenige Sitzplätze und war gut besucht. Service und Atmosphäre Der Service war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Wartezeit auf die Speisen empfanden wir als angenehm kurz. Das Ambiente war lebendig, aber dennoch gemütlich, sodass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Speisenauswahl und Geschmackserlebnisse Als Vorspeise entschieden wir uns für eine Ramen-Suppe. Diese wurde als Vorspeise angeboten, entpuppte sich aber als vollwertige Mahlzeit – entsprechend mächtig, besonders wenn man danach noch eine gemischte Sushi-Platte für zwei Personen bestellt. Die Suppe war wohlschmeckend, allerdings konnten wir sie nicht ganz aufessen, was jedoch eher unserem Fehler bei der Wahl der Speisen geschuldet war. Die gemischte Sushi-Platte war ebenfalls sehr üppig. Sie bestand aus frischem Fisch, gut zubereitetem Reis und wurde in verschiedenen, für uns unbekannten Blättern oder Gemüsesorten gerollt. Die Vielfalt und Abstimmung der Zutaten haben uns beeindruckt – so eine kreative und abwechslungsreiche Sushi-Kombination hatten wir bisher noch nirgendwo erlebt. Da wir die Platte nicht vollständig schaffen konnten, wurde uns der Rest freundlicherweise zum Mitnehmen eingepackt. Fazit Unser Abend im Onsen war rundum gelungen. Das Restaurant überzeugt durch freundlichen Service, frische Zutaten und außergewöhnliche Sushi-Kreationen.
