2025 year and a burger with fries costs the same as a burger without fries == 50 PLN. When ordered at the checkout and asked for an option without fries the staff said "sure you can order without fries" and printed a receipt for the same price as without fries :D comedy.

no wonder less and less people like restaurateurs in Poland. My first and last visit.

EDIT: Owner response is false. Waitress did not ask to include fries nor said the price is the same. She said "sure you can order without fries". when I looked at the receipt and the price I asked whether the price is the same with or without and then she said she can give me the fries anyway as the price is the same. I'm not complaining I was hungry aftereards I complain you have badly designed menu, you push side dishes on customers for a basic hamburger dish which all over the world usually is something you can add for extra money because not everyone needs to eat big burger and stuff their mouth with fries on top of that. I do not feel like it is unfair opinion to be honest. especially in a world where people often care more about healthy lifestyle and money in tough times. So Dear Owner your comment is inaccurate. Then the explanation and comparison of a completely different dish to a plain hamburger with or without fries to justify this kind of situation and badly designed menu is at least ridiculous. Have a nice day. Hope you find changing your menu to make it more flexible a better solution than having a quarrel over this on...

Awful service! I visited cafe with my husband and little daughter (about 1 year old) in the morning. We ordered 2 coffees and pancake. We have been waiting about 40 minutes for pancake. People who came after us took a sit nearby. They made an order including the same pancakes. They were served quickly enough. And they almost finished their plates. But we were still waiting... I polite asked a waiter when the pancake will be ready. She answered "in a moment". We are waiting again... 10 minutes later I came up to her to pay the order and ask to pack pancake into box (it was too late and we had to go home). I payed the order and then she told that pancake is not ready and we need to wait 10 minutes more! All this time I was trying to understand the situation and find justification for this situation. But: we with a little child were waiting pancakes about an hour! other people who came later have been already served! there were no too many people in cafe and pancakes is not so complicated meal. I said to the waiter that we won't wait the pancakes. She answered "it is your choice!"... No comments. Just disappointment... When the waiter saw my eyes after this phrase she suggested a cookies. So we spend one hour and 50 zl for 2...

Bywam tam już od dłuższego czasu (jeszcze za czasów Columbusa), jednak dopiero teraz zbieram się za wystawienie opinii. Jak jest dobrze, jest naprawdę dobrze (i chętnie wtedy wystawiłbym 4 lub 5), jednak ostatnimi czasy zauważam coraz więcej problemów — z pozoru błahych, jednak irytujących, stąd ocena. Jedzenie jest dobre, ceny niektórych pozycji lekko przydrogie jak na oferowane dania, ale nie to jest problemem: problemem jest obsługa, która się znacznie pogorszyła od jakiegoś roku. Przykład: pytanie o to, czy w potrawie jest czosnek. Odpowiedź że nie ma, jednak w finalnym daniu wyczuwalny czosnek (a nie jest to wybredność a alergia pokarmowa, później cały dzień zepsuty bo boli brzuch).

Innym razem spytałem się o możliwość modyfikacji dań (dodanie do jajek po turecku bekonu i szparagów, z kolei wymienienie u partnerki koszyka pieczywa - z racji leków które nie mogą być z nim łączone - na jakiś inny dodatek, np. kawałek ryby). Początkowo odpowiedź była że można zmodyfikować jajka, ale nie wymienić koszyka pieczywa — zrozumiała odpowiedź, nie mam żadnych z tym problemów. Następnie jednak pani zaoferowała że sprawdzi, wracając mówi że można wymienić pieczywo. W porządku, fajnie. Niestety w jajkach po turecku nie było szparagów o które prosiłem i nie zostałem poinformowany o tym wcześniej, z kolei za dodatek ryby okazuje się że musimy zapłacić, ale koszyka pieczywa już nie podano. Trochę z przekory już przy płaceniu poprosiliśmy o to pieczywo na wynos, skoro i tak za nie zapłaciliśmy. A naprawdę, nie jestem problematycznym człowiekiem, zrozumiałbym i dopłatę i brak szparagów, wystarczyło mi o tym powiedzieć zawczasu zamiast zostawić to niedopowiedziane.

Podsumowując, coś się zaczyna psuć. Jeśli restauracja zacznie wdrażać poprawki, to chwała im i będą dalej prosperować. Jeśli jednak jakość obsługi wciąż będzie pikować w dół, niestety nie...
