So..., from beginning I need to say that food test is amazing and really special, so positive feedback for sure. We was served by very friendly and professional person named Kuba. However going forward to the bar becareful - the ginger hair - so unusual and unpleasant person. Owners should take care more to employ additional waiters and Mrs. Redhead send back home. Finally so long waiting time at all. Very good dishes tests - but each day different various of components - alternatives probably in use, due to insufficient supplies. We were recommended this place so decided to give it a go. That was a big mistake and not worth a penny. Long waiting time wasn't a big problem, but the dish that arrived after 45 minutes was an absolute disappointment. Everything from meat to veggies was oversalted, possibly to cover up the stale meat. It's totally unacceptable for a restaurant to serve something like that. Our male waiter was very polite and asked what happened that I couldn't finish my meal and apologized in the end for the unfortunate, but the solution of 10% off the bill is a joke for a meal that I have bearly touched, possibly management decision. We enjoyed the high-quality meal at this traditional Polish restaurant! We got the wild boar, which was served on a bed of black lentils and cauliflower, with celery root puree - tasted great! The Żorek (a traditional sourdough soup) was also excellent. Make sure to leave extra time for your visit since there is a bit of a wait for the food, but it was obviously made fresh and worth it!
