Szum i Rosa — Restaurant in Karpacz

I had the pleasure of dining at “Szum i Rosa,” a charming eatery renowned for its cozy ambiance and exceptional cuisine. Among the highlights of our meal was the pizza, a dish that stood out for its culinary excellence.

From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a delightful evening. The restaurant exudes a warmth and comfort that makes it a perfect spot for both casual and special occasions.

The star of the night was undoubtedly the pizza. Each slice was a harmonious blend of flavors, with a perfectly baked crust that was both crispy and chewy. The toppings were fresh and abundant, complementing each other without overwhelming the palate. It was evident that the chefs at “Szum i Rosa” put a lot of thought and expertise into their pizza-making.

Service was another area where “Szum i Rosa” excelled. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Our waiter offered excellent recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the menu.

In summary, “Szum i Rosa” is a gem of a restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone in search of delicious pizza and a pleasant dining atmosphere. Unfortunately we discovered Szum i Rosa only on the last evening of our vacation in Karpacz. Not only the food was a great experience but also the interior and the service - and what is often underestimated: the music. I had a quite unusual combination of Maczanka as appetizer and a seafood risotto as main dish. I never had Maczanka before but I can imagine this was a quite unusual interpretation - but highly delicious. And it went well with the served dark beer. The house wine perfectly accompanied the risotto which came with a lot of seafood and was seasoned to perfection. The rest of the family was also very happy with their choices: great soups and salads. Price performance ratio was great! Paying 400 PLN (~85EUR) for a three course menue for a family of four in that quality is unbelievable (compared to western Europe or the US). Absolute...

23.06.2025r. Dzisiejszy obiad był prawdziwą ucztą dla podniebienia! Tatar to absolutny majstersztyk - połączenie smaków, które zaskakuje i zachwyca. Majonez niedźwiedzi i pomidory malinowe jako dodatek do tatara to strzał w dziesiątkę! Sałatka z wątróbką to niebo w gębie - wątróbka rozpływała się w ustach, a cała kompozycja była idealnie dopracowana. Jedynie małosolny ogórek w sałatce wymieniłabym na szklarniowe, ale to kwestia gustu pomimo wszytko i tak smakowała wybornie. Pizza - po prostu miód cud na języku! Ciasto idealne, a składników nie szczędzili. Na deser domowa chałka z pysznym sosem waniliowym i lodami - idealne zakończenie uczty. Kelner był bardzo sympatyczny i profesjonalny, zasługuje na podwyżkę, tak samo jak kucharze, którzy tego dnia czarowali w kuchni te pyszne posiłki. Wyjechaliśmy najedzeni i zadowoleni, na pewno wrócimy! Mamy nadzieję, że utrzymacie ten wysoki standard, bo aż nie możemy się doczekać następnej wizyty 🫶

Edit 08.09.2025 Podczas ostatniej wizyty zamówiłam polik wołowy, który niestety okazał się najsłabszym daniem, jakie miałam okazję jeść w tym lokalu. Mięso, które powinno być delikatne i rozpływać się w ustach, było twarde i zawierało dużą ilość tłuszczu. Rozważałam zwrócenie uwagi obsłudze, jednak ostatecznie zrezygnowałam. Niemniej, zabrakło standardowego pytania przy odbieraniu talerza – „Czy smakowało? Czy wszystko było w porządku?”. Do tej pory obsługa zawsze była dla mnie sympatyczna i profesjonalna, dlatego tym bardziej odczułam brak zainteresowania opinią gościa. Danie oddałam z wyjedzonymi kawałki warzyw i praktycznie nietkniętym mięsem, co zresztą widać na zdjęciu.
