This place is incredible (marked 1 star less purely because there are only 2 kinds of meat to choose from). The food is delicious though (just note that only 2 dishes aren't spicy). Not sure why they add chillis next to some dishes since almost everything is spicy but the ones with chillis are really hot. It's not overpriced. We were there in 3 and we ordered 4 dishes (1 starter, 3 mains) and 3 drinks and paid 210 zloty, so not bad at all. Yuzu tea (hot, they have a choice of cold or hot) was particularly tasty. Aloe vera one (hot) was also nice but overly sweet. Chicken katsu was the most delicious I've ever had. It was served on a bed of rice and accompanied by cabbage salad. Bibimbap with chicken and variety of marinated vegetables plus sauce, which was also delicious, but quite spicy for me. The marinated radishes were a revelation! The third dish was spicy currydak with chicken, which was smaller in comparison to other dishes. The fourth one were crispy chicken thighs in sauce and sesame, spicy but delicious. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only downside was that most dishes with beef had ground beef in them, which at the price of over 40 zloty per dish one would expect sliced beef. Only 2 kinds of meat to choose (beef or chicken). However, the food was very tasty. There are also vegan and vegetarian options. Soups, dry dishes etc. even some sushi. The portions are quite big overall. There's a nice selection of craft beer and some hot and cold Korean drinks. There are seats inside and also outside if the weather is good. Inside is not very big. Great food and...
Read moreI decided to visit this place again after receiving a response to my review from a year ago 🤔. However, I quickly realized that it’s no longer the same restaurant. Laba Bistro has now become Korean Food Laba Bistro, and unfortunately, the change is not for the better 😕. The previous cuisine had its own character, but now the food is rather mediocre and lacks the flavors that made this place special. The atmosphere has also changed – not necessarily in a good way. If you're looking for real Korean food, this probably won't meet your expectations either, as it feels more like an attempt at Korean cuisine rather than the real thing ❌. Sadly, I won’t be...
Read moreVery good bistro with a large menu. Great for late breakfast or lunch, but you will have to wait for a specific time if you want lunch and arrive around the time they switch menus. It was a little unfortunate for my partner to have to wait over 20 minutes after me just to order lunch because they were still doing breakfast only (which is what I had).
The restaurant is spacious and trendy looking. Lots of natural plants and light which is nice.
Service was fine, and the portion size was solid. Good value. I didn't expect a lot from a restaurant at a shopping mall, but this was a...
