A pub & brewery, which I can honestly recommend. Very interesting and smart concept: You buy a card (one-time fee 5zl), make a top-up with any amount you wish, grab a glas and fill any amount you want of any craft beer available. You get only charged for what you pour into your glas, to the milliliter! And you collect points for every 10zl spend, for which you can buy free craft beer.
As these a craft beers, so prices are more on the higher, but there are is always a great variety price-wise. This is the same taste-wise: from heavy duty and expensive variants like nitro iced brewed craft beer aged in barrels after Rioja wine (!) to more affordable easy ‘n’ funky gelato cookies craft beer (!), you will always find something for you.
Also, their burgers are ridiculously good, without any problem hitting steakhouse levels!
What also impressed me was the fact that we were actually (heavily) overdressed (suit + tie; evening dress), as we planned to go to a totally different restaurant which was unfortunately closed, so we changed our plans spontaneously and went there, however no one gave us strange looks or rising eye brows. A really cool place!

Read moreNalej se is a great idea, you can try little bits of lots of beers, pay only for what you pour and reduce queuing time through the enablement of self service, not to mention the food was delicious. But all this greatness is not without its flaws. For example, it provides a mechnism to ease access of underage drinking. Funds placed on cards are non transferable or refundable; privacy of card holder is effectively tracked on how much beer is bought per ml and alcoholic volume (though not necessarly consumed), brand affiliation etc... think personal data, profiling, marketing and accountability. Probably worst of all however is hygeine. Since no-one is observing the multitude of taps nor did I witness any cleaning of them, there is nothing to stop either casual contamination or purposeful contamination of others for instance from the people that use the toilet and do not wash hands afterwards. This needs addressing in some way, particularly in the...
Read moreI wouldn't come if you don't have a basic understanding of pouring a beer. The entire premise of the pub is that you pour everything yourself using a system similar to petrol stations (you pay by volume). If you are the kind of person who can't pour a pint without wasting half of it, or has a glass full of foam, probably it's not a great idea. Each time I have come here, I've really enjoyed the atmosphere and ability to pick and choose both what drinks I want, and how I would like it. Never have I had to face an experience where I am hoping to leave, but I haven't finalised the bill on 200ml of one drink, for example. The location is fine, it's near a large shopping centre that often has good events, or other restaurants, but transport there isn't the easiest. I don't blame the restaurant for this though, it's just something to be aware of (maybe park in a...
