Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Krakow

We ordered pizza last winter on February from the mobile and paid directly with the card. It was a cold day (-5 degrees) with Smog, we ordered at around 19.00 and time to bring was OK (around 20-30 minutes what it says in their website). So at 19.30 the deliverer guy phoned us saying that he could not enter with his car in the area of Kazimierz ( normally only residents can enter and park here, but other people in Krakow come inside and park by accident or not by accident), so we had to go to one place that is around 300 meters from home, we had to dress up, took jacket , walk, and go and take the pizza, arrive home, and of course, apart of all these inconveniences pizza after that was cold. So, pizza cold, pizza quality in general in Pizza Hut comparing with other pizza places is bad, and price is expensive. And of course, Pizza delivery is terrible!!! They dont bring my pizza to my home? so why should I order by phone/internet then if i need to go down, walk 5 minutes and take the pizza?

By the way, pizza was paid already by the app unluckily, otherwise I wont have taken. Instead, deliver person, if he/she can not enter in Kazimierz, he should have park the car, and come by walk to home to the door of my house.

By the way, I should also say that next day , we went by person to the Pizza Hut of Galeria Kazimierz and asked to talk with the manager of the place, to inform politely what had happen, we were talking with the manager, she was very nice, and she could not believe what had happen. She trusted and believed us, as she knew we were not demanding nothing to them and we were polite. She was very professional whole the time, listening at us first what we were telling, and after apologizing and after offered to eat for free that day, but we denied, we said we were not complaining just to get something but for informing, we would feel ashamed just to eat like that.

Finally she sent us a coupon number or something in the mobile to get 20 zlt discount next time we would go there!

I ordered pizza and Pepsi at 21:19 (online from this restaurant). Delivery was supposed to be at 22:00. Actually pizza was delivered only at 23:10 after my two calls with a reminder. Pepsi was never delivered, courier said: "I hope it's not a problem". Pizza was cold, really cold. Even the box was cold. If I wanted to order a cold pizza and cook it on my own I would have bought one in Zabka. I paid 37 zloty for a cold pizza, a never delivered 1l of Pepsi and 2 hours of waiting time. A few days before they also delivered a cold pizza, which we had to heat on a pan. I thought it was a one-off issue, but now I see that it's a rule. PS: I live 4 min drive from the restaurant. No excuses to deliver...

It sucks.. Depending on, which waiter that serves you, they may let you wait: 10 minutes before they clear the litter on your table, from the former people who ate there. Mind you, the waiter gave me this table. 10 minutes before they take your order. And upon that, 25 minutes before they serve you: Cold deep pan pizza..

Which means, they took the pizza out of the oven, and waited 'till it have gone cold, before they then decided to take the chance and serve it for me any way..

45 minutes of waiting, only to have cold pizza.....
