Max's Cocktail Bar. A place that both disappointed and delighted me. The place is great, but there's a huge but... Arrived here for the first time you do not know the rules of this institution and no one will tell you this. Here you do not wait when the waiter with a card of alcohol comes to you. It just doesn't happen. I was close to just leaving the place. But when the next guests came who have been here before and know how this place works then everything changed. I came to Poland for a good friends wedding and while trying to kill a few hours we stumbled across Dom Whiskey. Julian greeted us with the biggest smile and the warmest welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for him. My phone was nearly out of battery and again, not a problem, he sorted that out and charged it for me. His product knowledge was fantastic for a young man of his age but above all it was his polite can do attitude that will see him go a long way in the industry. Niestety, nie mogę polecić tego baru. Doszło do bardzo nieprzyjemnej sytuacji. Uprzejmie zapytałam panią kelnerki, czy mogłabym zamówić drinka, gdyż są moje urodziny. Było dość tłoczno, a obsługa omijała miejsce, w którym stałyśmy od kilkudziesięciu minut. Pani kelnerka bardzo arogancko odpowiedziała, że moje urodziny jej nie interesują i że mam czekać w kolejce, kontynuując cały, bardzo nieuprzejmy wywód na temat tego, że nie ma podstaw do tego, żeby liczyć na jakikolwiek gest przez wzgląd na urodziny. Zazwyczaj w knajpach w urodziny można się spodziewać jakiegoś miłego gestu obsługi (na co, być może naiwnie liczyłam), jednak nie spodziewałam się aroganckiego potraktowani i strofowania przy wszystkich obecnych gościach. Jeżeli nie macie Państwo takiej polityki - szanuję to i rozumiem, jednak niepotrzebne było bardzo aroganckie potraktowanie w szczególnym dla mnie dniu przy wszystkich gościach. Pani kelnerka podniosła również głos, co pozostawiło niesmak i spowodowało, że opuściłyśmy lokal, dość zdziwione znając wysokie standardy obsługi w lokalach w Warszawie i we Wrocławiu.

Liczę na wyjaśnienie tej sprawy z obsługą, aby takie sytuacje nie miały już miejsca, gdyż drinki macie Państwo niesamowite, jednak takie sytuacje skutecznie zniechęcają klientów.

EDIT: Chciałam złożyć zamówienie i za nie zapłacić, co nie było możliwe - nie oczekiwałam darmowego drinka urodzinowego. Jeżeli według Państwa sposób, w jaki poinformowała mnie pani barmanka był uprzejmy, to Państwa standardy kultury osobistej są poniżej ogólnie...
