Hotel Bayjonn Sopot — Hotel in Sopot

Stay away. This hotel is located upstairs from a Thai Restaurant, so your room will smell delightful, or at least unique, but that's not really the problem. The room I was given had a 4 inch memory foam mattress on top of an Ikea type wooden slat frame, no box spring. Upon investigation there's pubic hair and dried blood on the actual mattress, and the slats on the frame are a nightmare. So the smaller details start to come into view, the cum stained throw pillow is to be expected due to the gynecological lights attached to the headboard. These little gnats I keep killing seem to run the place, I'm on the 4th floor, who knew these guys could fly so high! When I confronted the Assistant Manager he assured me that I was the only person in the history of the world that had a problem with the room and that I was clearly deranged, 4 star hotels always have garbage mattresses covered in blood and pubic hairs. He couldn't care less, so little in fact, that the maids didn't show up to clean the room until 1:30, a good 4 hours after I had confronted the ass. man. No hope on refund or anything, I'm moving across the street to the Grand, I'd recommend you...

The location is excellent, just next to the restaurant street and very close to the beach. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good with quite a varied selection. The room was very nice; pleasantly decorated and clean with a small terrace. ||What was a bit disappointing was that the pictures they use to advertise themselves on booking.com of the large beautiful complex, do not represent the hotel, but the beautiful shopping centre next to it. So we were surprised and disappointed on arrival that we wouldn’t be staying on that beautiful building, but in a much smaller and less attractive old house. fantastic breakfast! Great location- right near resturants, shops, train station and sopot molo. Rooms are nice and clean. Friendly staff.

the hotel should advise all guests that the rooms with the view of the road look down on 2 clubs and on a saturday night you won't be able to sleep as all you hear is music thumping, very loud screams and drunk people. It was horrible i didnt sleep all of saturday night. In room 201 you can hear when someone above turns the water on its actually real loud. Also in room 201 theres no shower just a bathtub and the bathtub is old and gross and its real...
