Ankara Kebab — Restaurant in Warsaw

If you like being scammed then this is your place. They charge 32 zloty for a mega XXL that is basically medium sized kebap. And it is getting smaller day by day. Mostly bread, salad and a little bit meat like 10%. I reported this a few times and it even got smaller. I normally dont write reviews but I dont like getting scammed and being hungry after mega xxl. This restaraunt does nothing about this to change it. I do not recommend this place. They also do not listen to you. I tried. But I am done.

I used to be a regular customer. You dont get what you pay for here. They seem to cut the portion sizes down each time and reduce the meat to salad ratio. If you order a big one then expect to get a smaller one. There were many times where I ordered a big one and quickly noticed that it is smaller than the previous.

Two stars only because the taste is good some times and I want this place to give you your money’s worth which they currently do not. Please stop this portion...

I don’t even know where to start. Walked in expecting a proper kebab meat sizzling on the grill, nice aroma, something decent for a 4 star reviewed property. Instead, they put it straight in the microwave. No shame whatsoever. Right there in front of everyone kebab goes in, ding, and comes out looking like it’s questioning its life choices.

The bread was soggy, everything fallen apart, the meat had no flavour, Never in my life have I seen a kebab prepared like that. Absolutely shocking. Honestly, this should be haram not just religiously, but morally. One star is too much, but Google won’t let...

Podczas pierwszego zamówienia dałem 1* ze względu na czas dostawy - czekałem 2,5 godziny przy deklarowanym czasie dostawy 40 minut. Taki czas dostawy jest nie do przyjęcia, bo może zrujnować komuś plany.

Sam kebab nie był jednak najgorszy, więc postanowiłem dać szansę i zamówiłem jeszcze kilka razy. Moja obserwacja - unikajcie lokalu w godzinach wieczornych w dowozie. Do godziny 15-16 zamówienia są dostarczane o czasie, przynajmniej ja tak miałem. Wieczorem jest koszmar.

W kwestii samego jedzenia - tak jak pisałem, nie jest najgorzej.. zazwyczaj. Kebab nie jest powtarzalny i nigdy nie wiesz, co dziś wylosujesz. Lokal ignoruje zamówienie kebaba z serem, do którego się dopłaca. Na 4 kebaby zamówione z serem, w różnych terminach, jedynie JEDEN go miał. Pozostałe trzy razy, ni krzty sera.

Mam też wrażenie, że ich rozmiar za każdym razem jest inny. Za każdym razem mięso jest inaczej skrojone - tym razem dostałem przeogromne płaty, które aż ciężko się jadło + trafiła się jakaś kostka albo coś innego nieprzyjemnego. Raz jest proporcja mięso/warzywa lepiej rozłożona, innym razem przyjeżdża prawie samo mięso. Gdyby było jakieś wybitne to okej, ale to zwykła, tak zwana kula. Więc cała buła z nią niekoniecznie jest tym, czego oczekuję.

I chyba największy minus, jeśli chodzi o samą przyjemność z jedzenia, to mięso prawdopodobnie regularnie odgrzewane w mikrofali. Często jest ono bardzo wysuszone, twarde, a to zabija...
