I had a very bad experience ordering food from your restaurant via uber eats. Ordered 3 item, out of which one of them was "chicken lollipop". It was unpleasant to see hair in of the chicken lollipop. Panner pakoda was the 2nd item that I order. It was very chewy maybe it's not a fresh paneer or maybe it's a tofu. If you want that paneer pakoda back I still have it, could not eat more than half. Samosa was okay 👍. Writing here as I could not find the option to reply to your response on uber eats. First of all thank you for getting back on the review. Few things I would like to correct to your misconceptions to you own recipe. 1st onions doesn't go in the chicken lollipop, maybe call it chicken pakora as the coating that is used is gram flour(besan). 2nd there is no meethi (Fenugreek seed) it's a cumin seed (jeera)that is added in your recipe(can zoom in the picture or can check with your chef). I would suggest to have a hair cap for your staff cause that was actually a hair. I don't wish to have my money back I didn't order to get money back, sharing my experience so it won't happen with anyone and hopefully safety precautions will be taken from this review. By denying that it's not hair will not change anything. It just shows from your response to other reviews that you do not care about them. Brother I did not say anything on the taste. Taste is fine but the safety precautions must be taken. I hope you will take this positively and will try to serve better...

I recently visited Chacha Biryani, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend trying Mutton Biryani it was a standout!
