Gromulska Bakery and Pastries — Restaurant in Warsaw

Already 3 years every day I do shopping from this sweet house. The production are fresk and delicious but the workers never friendly. I really don't understand. I start my day from buying sweets for my kids for school and and I start my day like that. I shouldn't see these workers angry face every day. Unfortunately close to me there not another sweet house. Otherwise I wouldn't do shopping there. I don't understand maybe I am not Polish that is why they behave like that. Every day I behave friendly, quite and smiling. But I see opposite affect from the workers there. I hope there manager will read my comments and I hope they will discuss how to speak...

Nie polecam ani obsługi ani asortymentu. Pieczywo, słodkie wyroby i ciasta przeciętne, bardzo słodkie i lekko sztuczne w smaku. Ceny b. wysokie, nieadekwatne do jakości. Przy czym ciężko ogarnąć na pierwszy rzut oka co ile kosztuje, bo prawie na wszystkim jest cena za 100 g, nawet na rzeczach, które zwykle sprzedawane są na sztuki albo na kg. Zanim człowiek ogarnie system okazuje się, że za trzy malutkie rogaliki płaci 20 zł, a zwykle ciasto z masą i galaretką kosztuje ponad 40 zł za kg. Panie niezbyt miłe. Dwa razy zdarzyło mi się już, że podczas gdy dziecko dopytywalo, co jest w środku jakiegos produktu, Pani zamiast odpowiadać zaczęła obsługiwać klienta za mną. Nie wiem czy dziecko nie zasługuje na obsługę czy klient sam ma wiedzieć co jest w środku drożdżówki albo z czego są lody. Wydaje mi się, że to obowiązek ekspedienta poinformować o składzie.
