Handroll — Restaurant in Warsaw

I will give a review in english since we're in a capitol of Poland ;)

After i ate sushi roll in a similair place, i was really sceptic about those, many times i wanted to try one again but i thought it would be same as the one i've tried - rice hard because it wasnt cooked properly, but at the same time it was dry, same as salmon on the top, like as if it was just sitting there since the day before, and i went there around.. 15/16. But.. it was nothing like that. I came to this Handroll on Francuska street around 14/15 (08.04), and i honestly asked them how is the rice, and told them about my concerns. They truthfully answered, that obviously around evening, it won't be as fresh and soft as in the morning, so it is better to come around in earlier hours. So i have decided to eat one, i have ordered a Philadelphia roll, sashimi salmom with philadelphia cream and avocado, and my sister ordered baked salmon. On my way out, i have poured a little bit of soy sauce on the top so it would nicely spread through the whole lenght, and it did. It's a good tip if you like it with sauce, but you also want to walk around with your roll. So when i got out, i stopped to take that first, deciding bite - and i was not disappointed. Rice was not too soft, it was at that good point where it is properly cooked, and also where it is sticky enough to hold everything together, but not too sticky so you can chew it without feeling like you are eating polish caramel candy called Krówka. Salmon tasted sooo damn nice, same with avocado, and the cream - damn it was smooth. Usually cream is a bit heavy, thick, but this one was just perfect. I have also tried a bit of my sister's baked salmon, and ot was also very nice, i was kind of sad when they were gone, even tho i was so full at one point i thought - damn i need to lie down. I see lots of people writing a comment in English and it surprises me. I called this place to order meal and the second I asked "Do you speak English?" the lady said no and then pretended as if she cannot hear me by saying "Halo halo", then hung off the phone while I was talking. This was the first time I wanted to order something from this place and it will be the last. It's so disrespectful and unprofessional to hung off the phone like this. Nie mam już sił i chcę się podzielić tym z wszystkimi!! Już dwa lata chodzę do handroll i powiem wam, że ostatni rok jest okropnie! Po pierwsze, brak szacunku do klienta od strony właścicieli. O 12:00 jest otwarcie lokalu a muszę jeszcze poł godziny czekać na dostawę pod lokalem!! Serio?😡 czy wam w ogóle nie zależy na klientach ? Już nie mówię, o brudnym ogródku, gdzie nie można usiądź. Po drugie jak wracam z pracy ( do zamknięcia lokalu zostaje 3-4 godziny) już większości rolek nie ma!! Czemu nie można zrobić większej ilości rolek i jakoś analizować, co sprzedajecie lepiej?! Po trzecie już trzeci raz kupuję rolki z zepsutym awokado. Przepraszam, ale nie trzeba dodawać do sushi wszystko, co się nie sprzedaje na sushidelivery, jesteśmy ludzmi (klienci) a nie zwierzętami. Jestem rozczarowana, jak nie zależy wam na lojalnych klientach to życzę powodzenia... aaa No i jeszcze standard: jeżeli chcecie się dodzwonić do lokalu na oboźnej to nie zrobicie tego, bo często nikt nie odbiera i trzeba dzwonić...
