Nice American restaurant, but experience vary. If you're lucky your waiter will be nice, knowledgeable and funny. If you're not lucky you may be served by one of new or very unhappy employees. You will get what you ordered, but the experience may not be the best. In terms of food quality - it was never below OK for me, but sometimes it is better than the other times. Portions are always generous in size. I do like their breakfasts - really big dishes for very reasonable price and coffee refills. Ribs are sometimes amazing, sometimes just ok. Quesadilla is always good. Steaks - ok, maybe even good if you never had a nice steak, but there are better places for taste and value. Same for burgers. Desserts - again - OK. Nothing spectacular, but usually not bad either.

Prices are generally ok, especially considering the size of the servings.

Plus for free sauerkraut during infection season to boost your immune system.

Ambience is very nice, especially on weekend mornings with the sun shining thru the windows.

Parking is frequently crowded. Also there are usually queues to get in. If you are coming for a breakfast I suggest to come exactly at the opening hour - it virtually guarantees parking spot and no queue, but that window of opportunity will be gone within 15 minutes.

They do have a kids corner and a playground which is open when it is warm outside. Nice place to spend time with family without a rush, however the toys are quite "sticky" after hundreds of kids played with them. Nothing very unusual, but a bit disappointing.

Plus for available baby seats and reversible booster seats to suit any age of kid.

The place is authentic to an American restaurant and the environment is very nice. The food is very good and I was surprised by it. The prices are normal for what the restaurant offers, as well there are Happy Hours where I had 2 Coke in the price of 1 (which is nice).

However, I have to remove 1 star due to how the bar is placed in the restaurant, which blocks the movement of the stuff and the customers to pass through. What I mean in simple words is that there is not enough room between the bar and the tables that are in front and this led to a customer pushing a waiter accidentally and all cocktails falling to the floor (thankfully I avoided being stained).

Another 1 star is being removed due to the kitchen being open and one member of the stuff (a bald guy precisely) arguing very loud with the kitchen. I understand there is pressure in these environments, but I have worked too as waiter and is unacceptable to lose your temper and presents a not very good impression from customer's perspective. Furthermore, some of the stuff doesn't speak not a single English word and the man who is responsible to lead the customers to the appropriate tables most of the time was not in front of the door to help them. The restaurant gave the impression that the stuff was new and didn't know what to do and how to handle such big crowd. They felt disorganised. That's my...

UPDATE: i went back again today to see if it had improved....ha! What a joke! The service was apauling, the burger was very very average and the manager/ floor manager need to doa "customer serrvice in hospitality" course or two 🤣🤣🤦nothing changed. Just as embarrassing as the last 5 years 🤣🤣

Absolutely shockingly bad. I've been 5 times in 5 years and it's just......terrible every time. service was rushed. The sizzling beef fajitas were rank = not sizzling on arrival, wraps were dry and not warm, barely any beef like 80% peppers and onions, undercooked and greasy. Ordered a 2nd coke, arrived after 15 minutes, ordered 2nd portion of wraps hoping to get warm ones, arrived after 20 minutes, cold, we had finished eating/left it.

The interior is old and tired. Table was so small we could almost not sit in and the plates almost piled up as not big enough, very uncomfortable. Table very wobbly despite being fixed to the ground. Server absolutely oblivious to guests comfort.

Again, epic fail. But they don't care.....
