Hip space in a hip building, with very friendly staff. The food is not bad, but I suspect it may be a bit of hit and miss. Sampled the salmon tartare, the creamy scallops, and the tom yum soup. Of the three dishes and to my surprise, the soup was the better option, although it lacked substance (3 butchered prawns, 4 mushroom caps, ample coriander) it was arguably very tasty and light (as expected). The tartare was also good, but the salmon was pre-mixed with… some kind of creamy sauce? Not sure what exactly. It wasn’t bad, but i would have preferred all the tartare ingredients served distinctly separate (as most of them were), to better assess the quality of each as well as the whole once mixed. The dish I really looked forward to, the scallops, were rather disappointing: swimming in seaweed juices, mixed with cream and an ingredient that, quite frankly, tasted like a 1000 island salad dressing sauce. The scallop itself could be barely tasted - certainly wasn’t visible as served. Overall, this was an overpowering and heavy dish, perhaps better suited for a French cuisine bistro than a...

Place was empty as it was lunch time however we were waiting for waiters to serive our table and every time i had to getup and call the waiter to take orders or to correct my order & to bring the bill. Order was wrong ..asked for four sets but i got 4 pieces, ordered regular lemonade i received matcha lemoned😄🤷 Tips were counted already in the bill. For 2 persons was 22 zl. When tips become a mandatory for serving 2 guests without reservation??. For the quality of service i would give a tip to be honest. I usually drop tips but waiting for waiter and noting wrong order doesn't deserve any tip. Not coming back. To be honest. the other Kago in Bródno has a much better food quality and servises I'm a permanent clients there i just wanted to try this location and was the first...

Perhaps the best Japanese cuisine in town. The sushis are must try. The menu is prepared in a manner that it becomes easier even for a novice to understand what to order. The food does not take much to arrive after placing the order. Yet, there is no hurry to finish the meal early. It offers Japanese sake and rice tea as well. I was impressed with beef carpaccio and the raw salmon. The presentation of food is also noteworthy as this is an integral part of the Japanese cuisine. It is difficult to get space unless booked before. Therefore, reservation in advance is...

KagoSushi by Alon serves decent Japanese dishes in a well-situated food hall. The miso ramen and deep-fried squid are enjoyable, though they don’t particularly stand out compared to other Japanese spots in Warsaw. That said, the flavors are satisfying, and the overall quality is good. The biggest highlight is its prime location—being in a bustling food hall makes it a convenient choice for a quick and casual meal. While it might not be the most exceptional sushi or ramen experience, it’s still a solid option for those looking for a relaxed dining spot in a lively atmosphere.
