KFC Warszawa Galeria Młociny — Restaurant in Warsaw

Disappointing. Have been customer for a long time but today broke the camels back.

Order placed on 20/12/12 at 14:13 on the website. Got called by the restaurant at 14:19 to ask if I preferred szkydlo or udo. Order wasnt big to take a lot of time mind you... grander menu and some chicken pieces.

Website say time needed 35 minutes 'approximately' (i.e. delivery 14:47).

It is now 15:47... 1 hour after the 'approximate time'. Total of 1h and 35 minutes since order and no sign of it.

I am checking google maps - 16 minutes (yellow) from Galeria Mlociny to Arkuszowa. Normally its around 8 minutes but this extra time includes the fact that there are road closures. So even if we say to add 10 minutes for all traffic lights being red... we would say 25 minutes... not sure where the extra 1h+ comes...

ordered delivery at 15:00 o'clock. This is a fast food place. delivery took 1,5 hours. I live 5 min away by car from this restaurant. I can be ok with the waiting time IF the food is good. But it was not! Anyone that has been eating KFC knows by now how KFC should look and taste when it's done well and fresh and when it's old and soggy. I waited 1.5 hours for old and soggy chicken.

If restaurants keep doing like this I believe people should order and pay cash upon delivery open the food at the door in front of the delivery person,and if the food looks this bad - they should reject the food and not pay.

Something has to happen! this is a scam! No person would accept to pay for such food in a restaurant! You would send the dish back or...

This is the worst place I’ve ever seen in Poland. I’ve lived in Poland for the past 8 years, and I’ve never faced this kind of racism before. I have an employee discount card, and when I reached the counter, two Polish people in front of me were served. When it was my turn, the lady stepped away, and the guy at the counter told me, 'We are busy, go and order at the machine.' I explained that I had an employee discount card, but they said no and insisted they were too busy. I was pushed out of line, and they started taking orders from other people again. When I asked the guy in charge again, he just repeated, 'We are not...
