KFC — Restaurant in Warsaw

I made my order and I took my receipt. After waiting 20min I see that my order number doesn’t appear on the screen. I went to talk with the cashier, a kid, to ask where is my order. I was asked for my ticket and I showed it to him. With the ticket in my hand, he had the occurrence to tell me that I hadn't paid it😂, and to show him my bank app to verify it. 🤌 After this kid treated me as a scammer and looked at me with a disgusting face and losing my patience, I called my wife who speaks proper and clear Polish. The guy asked her the same. Finally, she made him do a new order. Then, another 20min waiting without any notification for the second order. We went to him again asking about what happened with this second order. Looks like it was there for 15min, waiting in a corner. Of course, it was cold. After that, we got a final third iteration of the inial order. I will never came back to a KFC. The chicken looks and tastes in the limit of getting rotten and gives us acidity problems on our stomages during...

Disaster service. Do not recommend to anyone. I ordered the food using online service at 18:09 pm. It is 19.35 and still no food. Lets see if i will ever get my food

After i waited 8 months, i decided to give it another try thinking that maybe in the end something has improved. I also saw they were on bolt food, so i thought 'Hey! Now they are on Bolt Food, so they should more less be on time!'. Big mistake... Not only i waited 1.5 hours again, i received an error message on Bolt Food application that KFC has just cancelled my order because something went wrong. So i waited around 90 minutes and i got nothing. Well, thanks to Bolt, at least my money is refunded. Looks like i will be waiting for another 8 months before i do my next order... Lets see what will...

Atrium Promenada Kfc Not recommend to eat here to anyone! Service is not working well, To much difficult to buy online with card bcz none of them not working,it takes my money ,but then cancelled order,they told bfz of program that i should wait till tomorrow! Again, the people who works in Kassa dont dont english,i explain my order at least 15minut,i told only myself one cocola ,and reapit more than three times, doesn't matter it takes 2times cola, Not all of them,kukurusz is the bad smell, I go all kfc , they work really good, Twist the cabbage inside its old really old. They don't care...
