Angelina, the game changer.

I have had series of disappointments with the KFC food and deliveries from the KFC at Wilenski at some point I almost gave up, all they know is to send free food voucher and yet the same mistake keeps becoming a reoccurring decimal.

Thank you KFC for bringing in someone lady this amazing staff with interesting experience. Please try to consider retraining staff and delivery personnel from other branches.

I come here sometimes and last 2times I face with the same manager whose name is Sofia and she says we can take orders only take away. Last weekend it hammered again when I ordered it was 23:15 and she told me that it is not possible to eat inside nevertheless the restaurant is open till 1 AM. How it works actually? The next time it was during the week and same situation. I don’t have any personal issue with this girl just I want to eat inside the restaurant as normal person.

The chicken burgers had nothing in common with what was presented in every single picture in the menu. It was bread with chicken and little tinny tiny piece of salad, almost invisible. Fries smelled like they were fried in something else than oil... I've eaten in KFC in few cities. Probably nowhere in Poland have they ever been true to what they sell in pictures but this KFC here was the worst. I give 2 stars though, for nice staff and chicken which was good...
