This is a bar that I usually frequent, as do many of my colleagues, and so I was both shocked and disappointed after my visit last night due to the shockingly rude customer service. It came to splitting a bill, which we had already sorted out and were ready to give our individual amounts, and the waitress tutted, rolled her eyes, threw a calculator down on the table and told us to “figure it out” ourselves. Read moreWe visited the restaurant for a light dinner and some desserts. The ambience of the place is pretty good with shelves full of wines and open kitchen. However dirty big windows made the picture a bit disturbed. We we served quickly and proffesionally. Drinks were delicious, food a bit overpriced given the content. Tartar was Ok, plate of Spanish tapas rather standard. Read moreI love that you can pick any wine you want from the wine room/store. The prices are also good and overpriced like most restaurants.The food was also good.
We had the mushroom soup, pumpkin ravioli, burger, and steak tartare, all tasted excellent. The ravioli were some of the best I’ve ever eaten. But, I agree, the soup can be a bit warmer but my husband likes it cooler, so perhaps that’s a matter of opinion.
